Longo Homes, LLC. is a private New Jersey based real estate development and investment company founded in 2015 by Francis Longo and Angela Longo. The company focuses on the renovation and redesign of distressed single family homes as well as new home construction. We take pride in our entrepreneurial vision, attention to detail and aim to transform every project into a beautiful and functional home for our end user.
Longo Homes primarily focuses on property located in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties.
Francis Longo
Managing Partner
Francis is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and focuses on sourcing development opportunity, underwriting deals, and managing investor relations. Prior to Longo Homes, Francis worked for PNC Capital Markets on a Mortgage Trading Desk, Park7 Group and Masterworks Development Corp – all located in New York City.
Francis has extensive experience sourcing and entitling off market development opportunities across the United States both residential and commercial valued in excess of $700M. Francis is a registered real estate agent in the state of New Jersey.
Francis graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and a minor in International Business.
Angela Longo
Managing Partner
Angela is a Managing Partner and Head of Project Development at Longo Homes. Angela is responsible for the oversight of each renovation project, all budgeting, and the redesign of each project. Basically, Angela is in charge of turning each home from the ugliest house on the block to the nicest!
Prior to joining Longo Homes, Angela founded and ran Robwill Partners which focused on renovating properties in the South Jersey market.
Angela graduated from The Oklahoma State University with a Bachelors of Science in Marketing.
